Enix Power Solutions is an ISO9001 and ISO14001 certified company.

The company and all of its employees are committed to guaranteeing high quality service in order to satisfy our customers.

Customer satisfaction is our main focus. In keeping with this, our departments are audited on a regular basis. All of our sales, design, and manufacturing processes have been certified ISO9001 for over 10 years. This quality guarantee means that we work to improve our processes on a daily basis as well as to maximise customer satisfaction.

Pre-sale

Our sales and technical staff do all they can to ensure an accurate assessment of our customers’ needs.

Technical: we create technical specifications of our customers’ battery, power supply, or charger characteristics. Those technical specifications enable us to design an accurate technical drawing of the product in order to conform to all of the customer’s equipment constraints in terms of power and battery life but also in terms of the space available for the battery or budget constraints.

Services: in addition to managing their technical requirements, we give our customers the best service possible. Industry professionals and small manufacturers face diverse problems. For instance, we manage international transport and product certification but we also advise on domestic and international regulations. Our customers are often in the development stages when they contact us. Our partnership is therefore kept strictly confidential and our systems secure in order to protect our customers’ projects.

These services enable our customers to work confidently with Enix Power Solutions.

After-sales

Customer claims system: Our customer claims system enables us to register all anomalies. This allows us to consolidate all the issues on a European scale and put corrective actions in place. By following this process, we can eliminate all obstacles for our new and existing customers and guarantee good progress. We make sure that we keep up with the performance of each of our departments i.e. logistics, technical, production, sales etc.

Measuring customer satisfaction: In the interest of supplying a superior quality of service to our customers, we regularly conduct customer satisfaction surveys. We evaluate all of our departments and listen to our customers’ new expectations. The results show us the lines of work which require our focus in order to keep improving our departments and the quality of our range.

In the QSE policy put in place by our CEO, there are 4 main areas of focus:

  • Optimising internal organisation to satisfy the customer

In other words: “customers first”.

We focus on the customers in order to satisfy their needs as best we can.

We don’t sell products, but rather solutions in order to work within our customers’ technical constraints.

  • Involving staff members in the QSE policy

The company and its entire staff are involved in the continual improvement of our QSE processes and certifications.

  • Reducing our environmental impact

The company has adopted an environmentally-friendly policy by setting up tools and reports to monitor and rigorously analyse our waste production. Our reports are forwarded to relevant agencies.

In order to reduce our environmental impact, we have implemented processes for sorting waste, optimising travel, and reducing our energy consumption (electricity, water, and gas). We have also adopted a “paperless” policy.

  • Recycling

As a producer of industrial batteries under the Waste Batteries and Accumulators Regulations 2009, Enix Power Solutions produce lithium, lead-acid, NiMH and NiCD batteries. We are obliged to take back free of charge, waste industrial batteries supplied to an end user for treatment and recycling. We are required to do this in any calendar year we place new industrial batteries on the market. If any of our customers or in certain cases other end users, require us to take back Industrial batteries, they should contact us at quality@upergy.com or on 0121 506 8600. We will agree the necessary arrangements for the return, proper treatment and recycling of the waste industrial batteries.

As a producer of automotive batteries under the Waste Batteries and Accumulators Regulations 2009, Enix Power Solutions are obliged to collect, free of charge and within a reasonable time, waste automotive batteries for treatment and recycling from final holders e.g. garages, scrap yards, end-of-life vehicle Authorised Treatment Facilities, Civic Amenity Sites, etc. We are required to do this in any calendar year we place new automotive batteries on the market. If you require us to take back any automotive batteries, please contact us at quality@upergy.com. We will agree the necessary arrangements for the collection, proper treatment and recycling of the waste automotive batteries.

  • Improving the health and safety of staff members

The health and safety of our employees is of great importance to us. We also do our best to provide an adapted working environment for them.
We have implemented processes to reduce work-related injuries as well as absenteeism, and we have refurbished some workstations.
